End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This agreement is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and [AIConnect Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and governs the rights and obligations regarding the use of the Havit application (hereinafter referred to as "Application"). By installing or using the Application, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1. Grant of License
The Company grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application. This license is provided solely for the personal use of the User and is not permitted for any commercial purposes.
2. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
The User is prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Posting offensive or inappropriate content, including but not limited to obscene materials, violent content, or hate speech
- Engaging in harassment, threats, or any form of abusive behavior towards other users
- Creating false or deceptive profiles
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Application
- Collecting or sharing personal information of other users without their consent
3. Response to Offensive Content and Abusive Users
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the User’s account without prior notice if the User posts offensive or abusive content or violates the aforementioned rules. Additionally, the Company may monitor user activity and report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities if necessary.
4. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Application are the exclusive property of the Company. No ownership rights are transferred to the User, and the User is granted only a limited right to use the Application in accordance with this agreement.
5. Updates and Support
The Company is not obligated to provide updates or maintenance for the Application. However, the Company may provide updates as necessary, and the User may be required to install such updates to continue using the Application.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is," and the Company assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application. The User uses the Application at their own risk.
7. Termination of Agreement
The Company may terminate this agreement without prior notice if the User violates any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the Application, and the license to use the Application will be immediately revoked.
8. Privacy Protection
The Company may collect personal data from the User in connection with the use of the Application, and such data will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. The User agrees to the collection and use of their personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and the User agrees that any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
10. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Subscription Terms
The Application offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions under the Havit Premium Plan:
Each subscription provides access to the same premium features and is billed at the rate shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment will be charged to the User's Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions in their App Store account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
In addition, the Application offers a one-time purchase:
This is a non-renewing, one-time purchase that grants permanent access to the same premium features. Once purchased, the Lifetime Pass does not expire and does not require any further payments.
The Company reserves the right to change pricing, subscription terms, or features at any time with appropriate notice to the User.
