HAVIT Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid features of the HAVIT mobile application (the "App") operated by AI CONNECT Inc. ("HAVIT," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, the HAVIT Terms of Use, in particular Section 12 (Subscriptions and Payments). If there is any conflict, this Refund Policy controls for refund matters.

• All paid items in HAVIT — Premium subscriptions and in-app coins — are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Because billing is handled by the stores, refunds are processed by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by HAVIT directly.
• In-app coins are consumable digital items and are generally non-refundable once delivered or used.
• You may still have statutory withdrawal (cooling-off) rights depending on your region (see Section 4).
1. HAVIT Premium Subscriptions
1.1 Auto-Renewal
HAVIT Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription automatically renews and the applicable price is charged to your store account. The price, billing cycle, and renewal date are shown at the point of purchase.
1.2 Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your store account settings (Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google: Play Store → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel through the store.
1.3 Subscription Refunds
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies (Apple typically reviews requests within 90 days of purchase; Google generally allows self-service refunds within 48 hours). HAVIT does not separately bill subscriptions and therefore cannot issue store refunds directly. See Section 3 for how to request a refund.
2. In-App Coins (Consumable Items)
2.1 Nature of Coins
Coins are a consumable, virtual in-app currency used only within HAVIT (for example, to unlock characters and cosmetic items). Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts or out of the App.
2.2 Non-Refundable Once Used
Coin packs are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Once coins have been delivered and/or spent (used), the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable, to the extent permitted by law. Coins granted for free (e.g., from missions, rewards, or a subscription benefit) are not purchases and are never refundable or redeemable for cash.
2.3 Unused Coins
Unused purchased coins may be eligible for a refund request through the relevant store, subject to that store's policy. Coin balances do not expire while your account is active. If your account is closed or terminated (including for breach of the Terms of Use), any remaining coin balance is forfeited and is not refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
Because purchases are billed by the stores, please request refunds directly from the platform you purchased on:

4. Statutory Withdrawal (Cooling-Off) Rights
4.1 Republic of Korea
Under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related content-user protection rules, you may withdraw a purchase of digital content within 7 days of purchase. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply where the digital content has already been used or supplied/consumed (for example, coins that have been spent, or a subscription period that has already begun with your consent), where withdrawal would cause irreversible value loss. For purchases not yet used, you may request withdrawal and a refund.
4.2 EU / UK
You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content without giving a reason, except where supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (which applies when coins are delivered immediately or the subscription starts immediately).
4.3 How to Exercise
To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, contact help@aiconnects.me with your store, account email, and order details. Where the purchase was billed by Apple or Google, the refund is processed through that store.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Apple or Google according to their schedules (often within several business days, and up to about 14 days depending on the payment provider). HAVIT does not control store refund timelines.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of paid features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
7. Governing Language
This Refund Policy is provided in English and Korean. If there is any discrepancy between versions, the English version prevails, except where mandatory local law (including Korean consumer law) requires otherwise.
